Joint Industry Committee

A Joint Industry Committee was established in early 2005 to develop the scope of the MOVE project and oversee the tender process, including evaluation of submissions.

The Committee is headed by Mr Ian Muir, the founder and first Chief Executive Officer of the Australian television audience measurement system, OzTAM. It also includes representatives of the Media Federation of Australia and the major outdoor media companies.

The Joint Industry Committee provided technical guidance throughout development of the MOVE system. It will continue to provide a role in the evolution of the system including the incorporation of new formats.
